Advantages of Negative Calorie Foods


Negative calorie foods are foods, which use more calories to digest then the calories food contains. Human body must work much harder to process this calories – it is burning fat instead of storing it! They are also called “fat burning foods” or “negative calorie foods”.

Of course, this is good for your health. However, no food is actually “negative calorie” food, but net effect of eating the right kind of food is decreased amount of fat in your body. Eating foods from this list will cause your metabolic rate to raise, meaning more fat will get burned. One of the hidden jewels of negative calorie foods is you will burn fat event when you’re sleeping! Being over weight can cause various problems, including hypertension, arthritis, stroke, high blood cholesterol levels, diabetes and some kinds of cancer.
